In-Gin-ious Pairings at Rang Mahal

Gin Tasting Flight

Did you know that India has it's own homegrown gin? One of Singapore's leading restaurants, Rang Mahal has debuted a gin tasting programme, which is a first for fine-dining Indian restaurants in Singapore. In collaboration with six premium Gin labels, of which three (Hapusa, Greater Than and Jaisalmer) are proudly distilled in India.

Indian Inspired Cocktails

If you're a beginner to gin, this is the right chance to try some of the cocktails that are fresh and not the boring gin and tonic. The three 'superstars' are:

Rajah's Tipple Greater Than gin, homemade betel leaf vermouth, homemade mango honey, tonic water
Himalayan Snowfall Hapusa Himalayan dry gin, homemade gulkand and ginger syrup, fresh lemon juice, water of chana
Curry in a Hurry Star of Bombay gin, curry leaves, fresh chunks and juice of pineapple, fresh lime juice

Each cocktail is priced at S$25++ but a flight of three is priced at S$66++.

Diners can enjoy modern Rang Mahal's signature dishes with their choice of gin flights that have been thoughtfully designed to complement the robust flavours.

For the ultimate gin lovers

If you're really a gin lover, Rang Mahal's Sunday buffet lunch will satisfy your appetite with other 40 dishes from different regions of India with chaat and dosa live stations, topped with free flow of gin from the mobile beverage bar.

Sunday buffet lunch is available from 12 noon to 2.30pm at S$108++ per person.
