Ingredients:
- 1 serving of pasta
 - 100-150g of minced chicken (or any meat of your choice)
 - 1 tomato, sliced
 - 2 cloves of garlic, minced
 - 1 tsp Italian herb mix
 - 1 dash cayenne pepper
 - 1 dash paprika
 - salt and pepper
 - olive oil
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - dried chilli flakes (optional)
 - 2-3 tbsp of natural unsweetened Greek yoghurt
 
Method:
- Boil the pasta and cook it till your desired doneness
 - While the pasta cooks, heat up a frying pan and heat up some oil to fry your minced garlic
 - Brown the minced meat
 - Add in the herbs and spices (except for the onion and garlic powder) as well as salt and pepper to taste
 - Add in the sliced tomato and continue to cook it till the tomato slices are mushy
 - In a separate bowl, mix the onion and garlic powder with the dried chilli flakes and yoghurt
 - Feel free to add a tablespoon of the pasta water to make the sauce a bit thinner
 - Add in the cooked meat into the bowl and stir thoroughly
 - Finally, add in the cooked pasta and stir
 - Enjoy!
