Bought this the other day and I can't wait to try some of the recipes! However, it is proving a little difficult to find some of the ingredients. Where the heck can I find kuzu powder? I find that name quite funny as well...since kuzu also sounds like the derogative Japanese term you use to call people 'trash'. Anyway...looking forward to making some!
