Sambal Fried Rice


I love home-cooked fried rice because it is a lot healthier but still has the bursting flavours.  In my fried rice, I used diced carrots, broccoli, cubed chicken and sliced fish.  Another healthier option that I used was olive oil instead of vegetable oil.  But of course, me being Singaporean, I must add a dose of sambal to add the heat and wonderful taste of dried shrimp.

I don't think you need my recipe for fried rice, do you?
